Naniss Gadel-Rab

With more than two decades in the consumer goods industry across nine diverse markets, Naniss believes in the power of people, culture and growth. Her Purpose is to “Make the Impossible, Possible” inspiring those around her to unlock their best selves.

She brings a wealth of cross-functional experience spanning supply chain, Sales, Strategy, Marketing & Ecommerce. Throughout her career, she has been privileged to contribute to some of the world’s most iconic brands including Dove, Axe, Magnum, Lipton and most recently: Oreo, Cadbury and Ritz.

What began as one-year secondment for Canada became a life changing chapter, one that reshaped her journey and rooted her family in the True North, a place they now proudly call home.

A recipient of multiple international industry awards and recognized as one of the Star Women in Grocery (2017), Naniss continue to lead with purpose and Passion. She lives her 5F’s: Faith, Family, Fitness, Fashion and Food- the pillars that keep her grounded and inspired.
