ABOUT THE Keynote speaker
Niluka Kottegoda
Niluka Kottegoda is an experienced retail executive, philanthropist, and Founding Partner of Nuii Brand Management (Nuii meaning “abundance”), where she helps purpose-driven CPG founders scale intentionally in grocery retail. After nearly two decades at Sobeys – rising from analyst to Vice President of Customer Experience and leading portfolios of up to $2B, Niluka made an intentional pivot to support the founders and entrepreneurs she’s long championed.
Throughout her career, giving back has never been separate from success; it’s been the foundation of it. As Founder and Executive Director of the Dream Chaser Change Maker Foundation, she supports student social entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the access, ability, and community needed to change the world. She also serves as Senior Advisor for Isaac Operations Ltd. in the grocery sector and sits on the boards of Starfish Canada and Impakt Foundation for Social Change. A Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA graduate, Niluka fundamentally believes that when we lift each other up, we all rise stronger, and that integrating impact into everything we do isn’t just good for the world, it makes us better leaders, better businesses, and better humans.
