Mindful eating is a practice that slows us down in eating, enhances the experience of eating, and can transform our relationship with food. The participants will experience the practice of mindful eating through listening to a unique reading on this topic while engaging in a practice of visualization. This exercise is a fun and unique take on mindful eating and will leave the participants intrigued and inspired!

Christa is a certified Ayurveda Health Counsellor and Ayurvedic Chef living in London, Ontario with her wife. She supports and educates clients one-on-one, in workshops, and retreats on improving their diet and lifestyle to maintain and improve health using Ayurvedic principles. She is passionate to make food and eating simple again. She believes health starts in your kitchen and helps people create a better relationship with food.

Lisa is a resilience Coach, an Integrative Nurse Practitioner and Wellness Educator, who brings 13 years of combined nursing and nurse practitioner experience.  Her certifications in healing touch, reflexology, & clinical aromatherapy, combined with trainings in mindfulness and self-compassion, offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing transformations.  Her vision is to create a global community that nurtures human connection and empowers self-healing.  She currently works with nurse women and senior citizens to empower them to move from a place of uncertainty, overwhelm, and burnout to a place of self-acceptance, confidence, and thriving.
