1:00pm – 2:00pm Reception & Registration
2:00pm – 3:20pm Tour – Those that sign up with be slotted for A, B, C Tours, which is approximately 40 minutes:

  • Group A – 2:00pm – 2:40pm (10-12 people)
  • Group B – 2:00pm – 2:40pm (10-12 people)
  • Group C – 2:40pm – 3:20pm (10-12 people)

Alternate to tour, attendees can spend time networking or enjoying Griffith Foods Presentation Session. Space is limited for tour: Capacity for 36 people.
3:30pm – 4:30pm Presentation (Food Forward)

WFIM and Griffith Foods would like to ask attendees to bring nonperishable/ nut free food items to be collected and donated to Sistering (https://sistering.org/). Those that donate will be entered into a raffle. Please see volunteers for more details.

Instructions for Attendees

  • Note we have two buildings: be sure to come to the one at 757 Pharmacy Avenue (south of Comstock Rd). Visitor parking will be in the first 2 rows.
  • We are a bottled-water free facility, so please feel free to bring your own canteen/flask to refill. If needed, we can lend you one.
  • We are a peanut/tree-nut free facility.

  • If you are going on a plant tour, please wear safety shoes; alternately we can lend you shoe covers but note that they cannot go over high heels. Please indicate EU Shoe size in the registration link.

  • Jewelry and false eyelashes are not permitted in the plant; if you are wearing nail polish, we will ask you to wear gloves on top.
  • Please inform of any food allergies/aversions, mobility needs, or anything else I should know to make your visit more enjoyable.

  • A confidentiality agreement for the plant tour can be found here . You can sign upon arrival, however are encouraged to “pre read” to save time at registration.
